  2.  @shinji1264 that’s BS I watch alot of news and 50%~70% tops is pilot error. Case in point Russia shooting passenger planes down. Or you’ve got both like when Boeing installed braindead software and didn’t inform pilots of their crappy fix. Yes the pilots wrecked the plane there but the software caused them to freak out. Boeing didn’t want to pay for new fleet of maintenance stairs so they lowered the wings on their new jet just slightly to be accessible to older fleet. Lowering the wings caused an excessive uplift on takeoff which they “fixed” with software that automatically moved the controls to counter this… a garbage software fix that they failed to even inform pilots properly of…. Your comment is BS
