  1. This whole thing feels scammy I don’t like solar or wind farms they waste good land and material and are not consistent. it doesn’t matter if you have batteries if you have a year of extra clouds or less wind either.

  2. I’m so angry we haven’t embraced nuclear or geothermal I love nuclear power… geothermal could be considered nuclear right?? Earth is so awesome

Heat inside the earth is partially due to nuclear fission I just confirmed it myself nearly half the earths heat comes from it Also nuclear waste isn’t a huge issue whiny people just make it one and the payoff for nuclear is way better here this is from google just look. According to the Institute of Energy Research, wind turbines cost somewhere between 15.1 and 19.2 cents per kWh, depending on what power source is backing it up to help manage the problematic capacity factor as mentioned prior. In contrast, nuclear power was only 2.9 cents per kWh in 2021. Maybe do some research before you comment.
