  1. You may be a fool then because if Mali proves to world it can make and break deals so easily they won’t be doing business with anyone decent. I don’t know the revenues or taxes here but I’d assume these companies do owe more thats probably common. What’s even more common is African governments being corrupt as heck using old hatred’s as excuses to rob people blind. I’d trust a Canadian mining company before I’d trust a military government in Africa…. Sorry they just don’t have a good track record you might notice that if you weren’t a racist.
