  1. Call me a conspiracy theory guy but it sounds like hand waving cloaked in science. Many people surely wondered "How the fuck are there only x number of cases with travel continuing willy nilly?". Well now since they won't bother testing it means we haven't the data necessary to nail them down on their incompetence. I figured Canada has been suppressing case numbers until the numbers get meaningless. Here the UK has done one better and said fuck the numbers altogether.
