  1. ​ @Lasse65 Russia took it without a shot fired. Then Ukraine let them sit there for eight years. Then Russia invaded Ukraine. If they couldn't get it back then there's no way they're getting it back now.

  2.  @Lasse65  The UN doesn't mean anything unless all the security council members agree. Russia is a security council member and so is China. Recognized or not it will be a part of Russia in the same way that Taiwan is not a part of China even though they say so. Sanctions are a joke too. Russia has already beaten the most aggressive sanctions ever. The only way Ukraine gets any territory back is through direct NATO intervention and anyone who wants that is a madman.

  3.  @Lasse65  Yeah. I just said it doesn't matter what the UN said nor who recognizes the territory as Russian. Russia's physical presence is what counts.
