  12.  @Binaural_Alchemist  Yeah. You read the articles and it's like "Look at her room. She has teddy bears and posters. She went to Ibiza." So she's a girl and she goes on vacation? The fact that this sort of stuff is reported on tells me they have nothing on her. They use the fact that she's fairly normal as some kind of evidence that she's some kind of psycho that excels in manipulating people into thinking she is normal. Or the deaths leave no evidence so she must me some kind of criminal genius. Seeing the way the public eats this up I can see how the jury was tricked into finding her guilty. I for one would not convict based on anything I have seen.

  21.  @paulwarren9927  Yeah. If you take their mission statement at face value they are a defensive alliance. But they use non NATO countries to provoke Russia and feed these countries weapons and intelligence. So maybe Slovakia is just saying let's actually focus on defense and not poke the bear.

  22.  @paulwarren9927  They should have never joined NATO though you're right. It's nothing but trouble. Austria has been neutral this whole time and been fine. Finland and Sweden stupidly threw away their neutrality. The problem is at this point if you leave NATO then you have to worry about NATO attacking you. It's the same with the EU. Countries like Slovakia and Hungary will not be allowed to be independent so they do the best they can with their situation.

  28.  @dogwithsandels  Oh yeah. Legal aid. The people that just got out of law school and suck up to the prosecutor. Why would the government give you a good lawyer for free when they are going after you? A real lawyer is big big money. Tens to hundreds of thousands depending how badly they want to go after you which in this instance they want very badly to ruin your life.

  29.  @dogwithsandels  There are lots of lawyers who make money. Drug dealers have money and there is no shortage of them around the country.

  30.  @dogwithsandels  There are too many lawyers and many struggle getting by but every city has its star lawyers that are raking it in. Drug dealers usually deal in cash in case you were unaware and the police aren't always going to find it all. The point is you need a real lawyer if you want any hope of a good outcome especially when the PM has put his thumb on the scale.
