@galaxygalli969 I am actually torn between having a minor charged as an adult and sent to an adult prison. Most of the time we think of young teens (14, 15, 16) as being somewhat small and frail. But then their are those 6 foot and taller teens that are big as grown men. Yes they have mental development of maybe those teens or younger, but their strength is man strength. What can you do? Keep the small teens in Juvenile and the big teens in Adult prison? I don't know the right answer.🤷🏿‍♂🤷🏿‍♂

@JimmyDepps Wow. That svcks. I know what you mean. I was a CO back in the early 90s and that was when it was popular to be tough on crime and throw teens in adult prisons. I had a tiny 14 year old in population and was like, WTF are you doing here?

It would have been avoided if the cops didn't think we were in China where innocent people have to prove their innocent to the state. Whatever the cops thought, suspected or anything is irrelevant.

Except he is a teenager. Most of the charges were dropped and he got the lesser charges and probably put on probation. 🤷🏿‍♂🤷🏿‍♂

Starting? They have always charged teens as adults depending on the severity of the crime. 😂😂
