  3. I am inclined to agree he wasn't intent on stealing, he just didn't want to be there and just wanted get in and get out. Which is why he just threw everything on the scanner, and didn't care if they scanned or not. Obviously if only $104 out of $500 was missed, it sounds like what he was saying was true. Otherwise the amount would have been $104 paid out of $500 that wasn't, which would clearly show intent. I am betting he was either not convicted, given diversion or put on probation. 🤔🤔

  6. It didn't look like he was stealing. He looked like a typical guy who hates shopping and just wanted to get in and get out. I mean Asset Protection never said they had any previous issues with him. Companies have become neutered in the past decade. They used to stand by you until you are convicted, now all you have to do is be accused and they throw you under the bus.
