  1. If you can’t repair something, it’s bad Engineering. Major Process Plants like Oil Refineries, always have a shutdown Maintenance program, how do you think Major components are fixed? They are removed and a spare installed while the worn part is repaired. Ie heat exchangers are swapped out during an 8 hour maintenance shutdown. How long do you think a 6 billion Plant would last if it can’t be repaired. It’s really bad Engineering if built in obsolescence is the game
