He was never convicted of insurrection, if he was show the inditement and the Conviction record. Whats happening in America is what happened in former Eastern Block Soviet Countries and in East Germany. You basically got a Police state where their corrupt Judges could charge you on bogus charges. When the communist rule fell, that"s when the Hit Squads started their revenge on the Judges and Prosecutors they were hunted down and killed.. You Americans are now living the same conditions as those Communist countries lived under, Jack Smith will be a marked man. American people are now under a communist style rule.
