As an Engineer and Forensic Engineer, When you work on Various different Projects and Activities, there is project Code, then an Activity Code you fill in on your Time Sheet, if you don’t how the hell are the Cost Control Accountants supposed to keep track of Project Spending? Besides the Project Head would not sign the timesheet unless all the Code Boxes were filled in. The Pentagon must have dozens of outside Contractors? How does its Contracts stay on Budget?. Sounds like the Government is getting stiffed. Sounds like I need to come out of Retirement, having put some of these systems in place.
