The CIA were dismantling governments all round the world, so USAID was formed to improve Americas image around the world. The Democrats over the years have built USAID into a giant corruption racket. Here is what I tracked from USAID For the Hell of it I reviews USAID Dashboard Budgets 2021/2024. 2021 Budget President Budget Request to Congress $32 Billion Actual Disbursements $49 Billion Countries/Regions: 210 Discrepancy: $17 Billion Where did the unapproved $17 Billion Dollars go?? 2022 Budget President Budget Request to Congress $46 Billion Actual Disbursements $74 Billion Countries/Regions: 209 Discrepancy: $28 Billion Where did the unapproved $28 Billion Dollars go?? 2023 Budget President Budget Request to Congress $51 Billion Actual Disbursements $72 Billion Countries/Regions: 206 Discrepancy: $21 Billion Where did the unapproved $21 Billion Dollars go?? 2024 Budget President Budget Request to Congress $50 Billion Actual Disbursements $41 Billion Countries/Regions: 209 Unspent. 2024 DOLLARS $9 Billion NOT SPENT Each Fiscal Year is Riddled with more Spending than approved by Congress, except 2024, $9 Billion Unspent. I need Access to the Whole Database to do a Full Audit. Maybe Elon and his team can dig deeper. Or maybe Pam Bondi has a team to finish the work.
