  1. Actually you have American Companies heavily invested in Canadian Oil, those Pipelines already exist to the USA and down to Huston, and Washington State. I know I used to work for Flour, Bechtel, Petro Canada, and Suncor Energy. Billions of dollars already spent. I was an Engineering Auditor, and Project Cost Controller, on most of the Major Projects.
