During WWI ballaons were used to Drop Mustard Gas on the Enemy. Maybe China has a New Bat Virus???? Be careful what you shoot down? the Chinese may just send the next one full of a new Viruses to start a new Pandemic, hoping either Canada or the USA will shoot it down and spread a new Airborne Virus.
