  1. According to John Locke, the fountainhead of this philosophy: There is no difference between an unjust government and a thief. Just like we are right to fight off a thief, we are right to fight off an oppressive government. The right to replace a Senile and Defunct Government, that in times of War cannot govern with the safety of America or its people or its ECONOMY and Security. The Declaration of Independence says we have the right to overthrow the government and install a new one by the people for the people of the people. How could someone do that? The Declaration first says we have a right “to alter or to abolish” a government that becomes “destructive” off the ends for which it was formed, namely, securing our rights, and the Economy. But Jefferson also speaks of throwing off a government; that it is not only our right but our duty to do so; but only when we have been reduced to “absolute Despotism.” Or a senile Biden Unfit to lead the American people in times of WAR. Jefferson did not encourage us to “overthrow” our government, and I would advise against it. Throwing off the U.S. government by force of arms is simply not practical. You would need the assistance of a majority of the U.S. military to pull that off, and that is simply not going to happen. If you really desire to “throw off” the present government your best option is to simply elect a new one, before the present one destroys America and its Allies. But that leaves millions of non-elected government employees in place (the nefarious Deep State?). What about them? In Pogo’s immortal words: “We have met the enemy and they are us.” The alternative is to do what our forefathers did in England under Oliver Cromwell. When Charles I wanted to remove Parliament from the people, Oliver Cromwell restored the Parliament back to the people and removed Charles I head. The people took back their Government. English Revolution: 1642–1660 Not long after the French had to resort to the same thing. And removed many heads. French Revolution: 1789–1799 So when the Government ignores the people the result is the people have the right to take back their government . The Easy way is via the Senate, or the Hard way? Depends how desparate Americans get, and how deep the world is close to War with a Senile Leader. Even the US Military can see that. Mistaking Iranians for Uranians with his finger on the Nuclear Button is dangerous for America and the rest of the world. Parts of the Magna Carta are in the Constitution, King John was forced to sign those rights into Law. We the People were left with the Guidance of previous generations of wise men as to our way to govern ourselves, when that is threatened the people right to replace it.
