  1. Balloons can carry a whole bunch of Biological Viruses, an Ariel attack from the Air is brilliant move. Back in 1978 when we were building the first Level P4 Labs at Porter Down , UK for the Ministry of Defence, the Scientists and Virologist , discussed the Ariel attacks of Biological War from the Air. During WWI ballaons were used to Drop Mustard Gas on the Enemy. Maybe China has a New Bat Virus???? Be careful what you shoot down? the Chinese may just send the next one full of a new Viruses to start a new Pandemic, hoping either Canada or the USA will shoot it down and spread a new Airborne Virus.
