  1. You cant just remove someone off a ballot, it's a Federal Election not a State Election. Second where is the Conviction? He was never convicted of insurrection, if he was show the inditement and the Conviction record. Whats happening in America is what happened in former Eastern Block Soviet Countries and in East Germany. You basically got a Police state where their corrupt Judges could charge you on bogus charges. When the communist rule fell, that"s when the Hit Squads started their revenge on the Judges and Prosecutors they were hunted down and killed.. You Americans are now living the same conditions. those Judges are going to be hunted down, Jack Smith will be a marked man. If I were the Judges I would run now.
