  2. What America needs is a re alignment of the country. U.S. Supreme Court in its 1868 ruling in Texas v. White. That ruling concluded that a state (or states) could secede by gaining approval of both houses of Congress and then obtaining ratification by three fourths of the nation's legislatures. You presently have 28 States who have Aligned with Texas, it won’t take many more to start wheels in motion to secede from the USA and form a new country, you did it once you can do it again.
