The Declaration of Independence says that we not only have the right but we also have the duty to alter or abolish any government that does not secure our unalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. ( an invasion of the US Border also gives you that right to defend America) Given that the U.S. was formed by settlers who threw off British government rule, there is also an historic precedent for overthrowing the government. CIA do it regularly in South America.

  4. USA federal government has three branches. They are the Executive: President, Vice President and Cabinet. Legislative: (Senate and House of Representatives) Judicial: (Supreme Court and lower Courts) New Branch Fourth Branch. FBI, CIA, NSA. Aka The Deep State and the lower court Lawyers and Judges. This new Fourth Branch controls the Executive, ie The President and White House and the State Lawyers and Judges. Together with “The People” they are supposed to form a Democracy, when the people’s right to vote for a candidate is removed, you have elections interference by government. You have the right to remove that government. Or you have lost your right Democracy.

Supreme Court vs Texas In its 1868 ruling in Texas v. White. That ruling concluded that a state (or states) could secede by gaining approval of both houses of Congress and then obtaining ratification by three fourths of the nation's legislatures. Governor Abbot already has Gathered 30 States to Defend the Border. He needs a few More Republican States and they have the RIGHT TO SECEDE. The Corrupt Democrats and their CORRUPT JUDGES MUST GO. If this fails peacefully, then you have a right to Revolution.

  9. Governor Abbott presently has 28 Republican states on his side to try and clean up the border mess, he has the following option which is 100% legal. In its 1868 ruling in Texas v. White , U.S. Supreme Court That ruling concluded that a state (or states) could secede by gaining approval of both houses of Congress and then obtaining ratification by three fourths of the nation's legislatures. I would start round up the rest of the States and start the Legal process now. The Democrats don’t work within the laws of the Constitution. Time to become independent.

  12. Remember, in a Democracy the People put you in power, the People can remove you from power. The USA is not a Banana Republic as Yet! If they were they would have removed Biden by now. You had better go and see what the British and the French People did, they each removed their Kings from Power in Civil wars. Charles I and Louis both lost their heads. In a Democracy the people hold the power.
