Declaration of Independence, which declared that “whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends [life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness], it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government.” Americans are loosing LIVES: WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABOLISH THIS GOVERNMENT, as per the Constitution. Remove the decision from the Supreme Court, the people have the right to make that decision.
