  1. Your history is not complete yet America. You are only 249 years old, and you have not had a Revolution as yet. All the great Democracies have at least one Revolution, England removed Charles I head, France removed thousands of heads, when you really annoy peasants there will be a backlash. History proves me 100% correct.

Truman signed the National Security Act, creating the Department of Defence, the National Security Council, the Joint Chiefs of Staff — and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
