Republicans, Democrats and America need a new Constitution, the present Constitution has three Interpretations at present, the Republicans version, the Democrats version and the Supreme Court Version. The DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, are the Branch that controls the Ultimate Power, they refuse to answer questions or provide Documents when request to at Senate or House Hearings, they are the Forth Branch of Government, “The Police State” they are a Law unto themselves.
