  3.  @johnswof  Take a look at the oil pipelines from Canada to the Oil Terminals in Houston area , 82% of Canadas oil got exported , 50% to the USA, I know because before I retired I was working for Suncor Energy and Petro Canada, I have a map of where all those pipelines are, Canada replaced oil from Venezuela and Mexico.
