  1. We have twice as much snow in the Interior of BC, Edmonton, Fort McMurray Yellowknife. You never see this amount of stupidity as in Vancouver, clear these people are not used to driving in Snow without snow tires.

  2.  @sharmjones7806  Interior has big hills, never spun my tires once, snow tires have been tested on frozen lakes in an oval circuit, they slide under control because of snow tires. Take a look at snow tire testing in the far north of Norway. You will the gain some insight on the subject.
