@casualkitty1381 The South was a totally separate problem, that was based on racial lines, today it’s still a problem. Don’t confuse a Police State with Freedom and Democratic rights. The Stasi in East Germany was a Police State, even your own brother would turn you in. I worked in East Germany in 1974, you need to experience a Police State first hand.
