Anybody doesn’t believe a Crash is coming, needs to brush up on Economics 101, or even Economics for Dummy’s.. Paid off my House 10 years ago, because you know it’s the biggest debt you ever hold. My son who is 40 pays off his mortgage next year. I taught him well, and he actually listened.

@JulietMartin2022 Well I had Quadruple by pass Surgery, and after 6 month, was given the green light by my surgeon to go back to work. Worked for another 8 years before I retired. No point in sitting at home brooding about it.
