  1. When your Health Care system is in such bad shape, those who can afford it will pay extra. Those who can’t can only blame the Provinces for an underfunded Health Cafe System, when you have to wait up to six weeks for a scan, you may be wise to go upscale and go private. It is a matter of life and death.
