@Osprey23-o8l No because he signed his house over to me while he was in NY for two years. His house in Chilliwack went from $575,000 to $750,000. So now the five acres I bought 15, years ago we are going to build a Large house with a Coach House attached for My Wife and I, we are retired. Basically I told my son why Wait till I and my wife die before he inherits the money. I will sink it into a new Large house, no Mortgage on the Property or the House, and everyone is happy. Sold my house for $1.2 million in Vancouver. What the hell do I need $1,2 million for? Rather see my son and my grandchildren have a better life. I don’t need to travel as I have worked in 16 countries around the world, and sick of Planes. Just the right timing that’s all.

@Osprey23-o8l And of course with relatives In Australia, NZ, Spain, Mexico, UK, we always have somewhere to stay,. Except I hate travel , probably flown equivalent of about five times around the world. Besides, Corvid has put a damper on things.
