  1. Want to know where all this water is coming from? For once the UN is correct, the Upper atmosphere now holds 74% water by volume, and 4 % CO2, so now you know where the excess water is coming from. Why? In Brazil much of the Rainforest has been burned and destroyed, so there is no vegetation to absorb the water. Or remove the CO2 from the atmosphere. Check the Paleo Climate Records, Five Ice Ages, we are in our sixth Global Warming.
