  1. You forget something, In a war Israel has successfully invaded Gaza, therefore as the Victors it has the right to impose the rules. When Germany lost the war, it had to sit at a table and sign a Peace Treaty, more importantly the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials , tried Top Nazi officials for War Crimes. I think Israel has that same right to try HAMAS for war crimes, and any Palestinian who helped Hamas.
