  1. 40 years ago when we went on wildness hikes we had one supervisor leading and one supervisor at the rear to keep an eye on stragglers. Seems today nothing is learned from the past. Maybe she will keep up next time, she has learnt a valuable lesson.

  2.  @barfbaby  True, although I’ve been using an iPad for ocean navigation and back country navigation for a while, I still had to know the danglers of open Ocean Sailing and survival skills of the backcountry.
