As an Engineering Auditor (retired) I have worked for three CEOs of Elons Calibre and Vision, these people are on a another level, when you get to understand them you get on at same level in a hurry, it becomes a Mind Meld, things get done at the speed of light. I remember many times when I was changing a design or a procedure, I was told that can’t be done, all I said was watch me, and it got done, and implemented into the system. Having Watched Sandy do many Tare-downs and dissect a better way to do something, that is basically an Engineering Auditor, do it better faster and safer. One classic change 12 volt to 48 volt System. If you have ever dabbled in Solar Power, you know what I’m talking about.
