White (1869), the Supreme Court ruled unilateral secession, while commenting that revolution or consent of the states could lead to a successful secession.   2.  @Jonnypbx  You missed the whole point, the last civil between the Republicans and the Democrats was because of slaves. Avoid the next one, 28 States secede, simple logic, nothing to do with corporations, except look who is all moving out of California to Texas.
