  1. The CIA under Allen Dulles and Operation Paperclip, brought 1,600 Nazi War Criminals to the USA, avoiding the War Crimes Trials. When JFK formed USAID in 1961, he was going to Smash the CIA and replace it with USAID. It seems JFK unwittingly created a bigger monster than the CIA.
