  1. I mean that wouldn't necessarily happen, if the video is online, I have full rights to criticize it. It's a public domain, esp if they are being respectful. If it's transformative enough, I falls under fair use. It's perfectly fine to take it down, or to ask it to be taken down, but I don't think they would win that
