If it goes against the terms of service of YouTube then it gets their channel shut down it's that simple whether or not you believe it should ruin their livelihood, that's not up to you, they did it themselves. They could just not break the guidelines that they're supposed to be following, and wouldn't face punishment. The excuse of " well I didn't know it wasn't something I shouldn't do" doesn't work. It's something they should know and follow to a t, and if they don't get punished for it why even have the guidelines in the first place
