@TwinFalls88 first response, just because someone else did something doesn't make it okay for others. Like you said it's nuanced, so you should look at it more closely. Is the ass smacking something generally uncomfortable? Sure. Is it the same as kissing no. I fully disagree. Besides, context is important, do they mind the slap? No? Then it shouldn't be brought up, it's a self contained thing. Doesn't matter, if they didn't want it, or like it, doesn't matter if it was once. Consent matters more. If he had asked at the moment then it's be different.

@TwinFalls88 also, men generally don't care about this nearly as much, they realize butt slap isn't a big deal. At least most do, or else we'd hear more from it.

If you are at a setting where there is a mistletoe, it's something anybody looks and and thinks "that's the kissing "game"", but you don't think that for soccer. Those are not even in the same realm of weight. One is an expected activity, even if not consented fully (if you truly despite it, literally never walk UNDER it), it's something that you expect and is part of the culture. It's that simple if you wanna make a different comparison, by all means, but this wasn't the one that worked 🤷 I dunno what to tell you. They aren't comparable.
