  1. I agree with him about having the daily be ~99% perfect. When I was really young I had a passion to make my cars perfect. Just did front struts and boy was that an ordeal between the parts people lying about the parts being new and the box squashed and the part faulty to the customer service not backing up and wanting me to cover half the price of the repair when it was their fault. Shortly thereafter someone t-boned me. And to make matters worse, it seemed like a in insurance job. So that was the end of that car. I'll always leave something wrong or left undone now.
