Please tell Eros to quit rolling the tripod back and forth especially like in the "Engine is out" segment. It makes it very jarring when there is an edit needed in the middle and suddenly the camera is on a different angle. This is one of the biggest problems new filmmakers do. And it rarely works well. Majority of the time it gives people vertigo or makes people dizzy. At best, it's distracting. Now when it's a montage shot of short clips, it's fine to pan one direction and then end that clip. Here's a trick. Watch playback at more than 1.5x and see how ridiculous it is. I have seen people have short series they sell to networks get cancelled after the whole arduous process of getting greenlit because they would not stop sliding back and forth on the new shiny rail system they got. Up to this point the little things he did made the videos great. I noticed he didn't get the timelapse of raising the car on the lift, perfect. Great improvement. But trying to be innovative and improve things gets people cocky and that's where people get into trouble. Keep up the good work but don't allow him full creative control. Show it to your wife or anyone who truly cares about you and see what they say. If they are honest and won't sugarcoat it, they will tell you.. I like yoir series a great deal and I can tell he is an asset as well as taking some pressure and work off you AMD, and I can tell you trust few with your baby, this shop and channel. This is to help and in no way said in negativity to you or anyone. It's just sometimes things annoy and I agree wuth what you said before. Don't fix it.

The deconstruction of the engine timelapse was fine to swing around to show which angles and that's fine to put on a tripod, but when doing closeups, handheld it. And it looks a lot like he's on manual focus mode. Trying to be a professional but learning on your (and my) time. No. Lot of the amateurs choose to do this because it's how movie sets do it. But in my trade, you do a rehearsal shot, plan exactly the frame and where the focus points will be and you remotely use a servo to flawlessly smoothly change focus rapidly. Not possible in the style of shooting and the skill level of the operator. Couldn't see the score marks on the cylinder. And closeups of the control ring were slow to focus on the detail and the return to main frame of focus back to you. But then again you and I, Amd, are perfectionists. Sometimes you can't fix everything. But things you can fix and shouldn't have to accept, bother the best of the biz, a great deal..

Part III: Otherwise, the content is excellent. Want to echo what another high rated comment said about the cost breakdowns as well as cost per time and individual costs. In a world where lack of knowledge creates a situation where shop owners can take advantage of others, this is so very important. So much so that I probably will make this a multiple viewing video just for that alone. And to add an addendum to the camera motion, of course handheld won't be as stable as tripod. But that's acceptable. However the intentional movement from side to side is not. Maybe he hits something on accident and there's a "bump:" that's fine! Things happen. But I don't want a seasick motion like I'm in a boat and it's a choppy day. To end ona good note, I was impressed in the Rav video where he one time did a morphing of the camera angle as a transition. Nice. Used sparingly and rare. That's great because it was the right time for it. Use exotic transitions SPARINGLY.
