I wonder as well. Someone below guessed Mobil 1 but they don't make their oil as good as they used to. Still good oil but average for the course. All I know is Castrol is the only major name brand not certified by this OEM and I just concur, their formulation might not be compatible.

I recommend you look into you have a half year early model Es330 or the older one. Either case, look into draining the mini differential. Yes I know it's front drive. Or transfer case type thing that's mated near the trans pan. The best way to describe it is like a soap dish holder above your bathtub. You can drain the tub but the soapdish will always have old fluid. Even if the showerhead above it splashed new fluid into it. Separate drain plug. Fill from same dip tube.

Use what's dictated on the reservoir cap. regular PS fluid looks like hydraulic fluid. I have heard the ATF for the PS being used at factory isn't dyed. I would use it until it's dirty and then change with what's on the cap.

Yes, I know few people know about this. Few check it. Luckily the front diff is simple and robust. There is also a fill level check plug in addition to its own separate drain plug. In case you want to take a sample or something without just opening the drain. Toyo liked to do things different back then.
