  3. 41:25 that response was not so much "the people", but more that of the local (city) and national (in exile) governments after the war. To hush hush, and sweep under the carpet. There was not to be ANY commemoration or statue to remember these casualties until some 20 years after the war.. Again, not by the "people" , but by the local Mayors...
