Well, john..you are hypocritical; you demand references to books, but you yourself FAIL to provide them when asked, and even when you come with claims out of a hat you don't take the effort to provide substance. We expect Copy and paste sentences, not throw in "a" title.. You are evasive; when confronted with counter arguments you do NOT counter those arguments..you simply IGNORE a sound debate. Instead you come up with stupid useless questions on unrelated matter. You are ignorant...and arrogant. You appear to be a historadical; you BELIEVE in something and everyone and everything SHOULD clear for your BELIEF. There..and I said these without being insulting. This is simply the truth. That is how you are. If I want to insult, I'd be stepping it up..there is room for that..but let's not.
