@TheImperatorKnight Yes.. the visuals (maps with units) do enhance the message. In fact there is no book that has that many map situations to follow what is actually going on, on stalingrad , like your videos. ...The wide curving arrows in "normal" war history books maps are simply too "broad" (of time space). And there is your answer to the type of book to make: make a book with plenty of these situational maps. And including your "was this decision right or wrong at the time" for this or that leader..adds to your own narrative. It certainly would fit in a ww2 library. I , for instance, never realised the german situation in september 42 before stalingrad was THAT hairy with so much soviet troops on the northern flanks. And Operation Crusader likewise...the maps..man...the maps!
