Why are all of you so amazingly stupid. The protection isn't 100%. So yes, to protect everyone it is needed that everyone be protected. I'm honestly curious what would lead anyone to so desperately attempt to justify doing something that is going to only lead to your suffering and those around you. Are you just a coward that hates needles that much?

@ouroboros5793 of course governments have done dangerous things. The argument is if this is one of those things: it isn't. Additionally, given the severity of need I'd say the vaccine was done quite methodically. It was not rushed. It is proven safe. Also it kills about 1 percent of the time; we don't know how bad the long term consequences are but they seem severe for all populations and common. Viruses mutate as they spread and vaccines limit the spread.

@Demicleas listen, if you don't want to take the vaccine that's fine. It's your body. Just keep your diseased breath to yourself. The blood clots are extremely rare and only in certain vaccines and only for younger patients; if you are over 35 you have nothing to worry about. Even so, if you are concerned you can monitor yourself and if anything is off see a doctor. Blood clots are dangerous but treatable. The vaccine still presents less of a threat than aspirin.

@mattogami4455 getting people to not die isn't fascism. It's just the government doing what it's supposed to do. The purpose of the mandate is to protect everyone. Those refusing vaccination have indicated they don't care about their own lives, however it still is for their own good. But, trying to convince those who don't care for their own lives about their own good is pointless.
