  1. She ran out in front of the police car! He should have had his overhead lights on but this attorney is trying to make money, lest be honest. This IS a tragedy no doubt and I am very sorry for the families loss. I’m sorry too for the officer who was doing his job and killed this innocent young lady, he’s grieving as well. Punishing him and the city won’t help.

  2.  @heightsofsagarmatha  yeah if she hadn’t run out in front of his car there’d be no need for a law suit. How’s making her family rich going to bring her back? It’s not Dallas Police responsibility to install crosswalks. She was a grown woman who didn’t look first. It’s a tragedy but it’s her own fault
