It really needs to be a felony crime and add a few year’s prison time, plus automatic return to prison from parol.

They have to follow the law on what’s bailable and magistrates are in charge not police. The law needs to be changed.

@vanessawilliams4432 I never worry because my son will never be a target, he gives others no reason to fear or dislike him. None of us run the streets or carry guns. The repeating cycle here is cultural and highly localized in the community. Young black men killing other young black men and it is heart breaking to watch. The threat was once white men but that’s changed, aside from a handful of abusive cops. Lately even they have been black cops harming black victims. It’s astonishing to me.

@janet5135 there are criminals on the police force in ever municipality who abuse their powers. I never said all or even most I said some. No reply needed.

@mikeeads8427 ha! There IS no law pertaining to removal of the ankle bracelets. Furthermore as a liberal I want them locked up and time added for doing so. Fox News talking points are weak and often untrue. There are no more bad judges than there are bad cops. The State is run by Republicans and our prison system is overwhelmed. Local jails as well. There is blame to go around for plenty.
