I am in the sex offender treatment business since 2006 and you’d be shocked how many family members including fathers molest their children. This guy is kind of rare approaching strange children usually it’s a child they know very well. He seems to be not in his right mind? Drug addled or schizophrenic? Ok he just said bipolar. Ugh. People start at age 3 to 4 gently explain to children about touching and how to say no and say I’m going to tell on you.
