  1. How man Texans are ignorant of the laws in Texas, surrounding guns? I am editing my previous comment after I was told he shot the man in his back. The first sentence matters even more. You are ONLY allowed to shot someone in self defense, and even then you'd best have a damn good reason! The confusion is that these weak Republicans running Texas want every single fool in the State to own one. This causes the public to think they can go around and shoot folks! Some guy stealing your car? Depends on so many circumstances that I certainly wouldn't do it. Murder is a planned event and that is not going to stick, manslaughter maybe. Hoping he gets off lightly, probation... felony gun charge... something easy. Don't shoot folks you won't get charges.

  2.  @narcocorridosmexx  I didn't realize that. That was a very bad move. Sigh. I am not a fan of guns, especially so many of them in the publics hands. The guy deserved what he got no doubt, but yeah, a gun is for protective use only. Firing a few shots to make some creep crap his pants is all I'd do if I even owned a gun.
