He’s going to have enhanced charges, added to the list of other charges this menace will face 30 years aggravated assault with a deadly weapon while stealing a car is a capital offense

@ ty! So few people have any clue how the law works and assume so much! Attempted murder yes in court is going to find a defense attorney saying oh yeah? Prove intent! Murder requires planning. His plan seems to be stealing the car.
