People LOVE to blame liberal Judges but the real blame lies in State laws and in over loaded jails as well. Texas is run by Republicans who won’t spend money to build more prisons, prisoners waiting in local jails to GO to prison wait on average 5 to 8 months to GET transferred to prisons in Texas so just education and literally everything else in Texas like trying to renew our DL our Representatives in Austin are the actual problem. He should have held in jail not on bond and his level of DWI with death penalty especially with his drug abuse on bond should be 25 years instead of 2 to 20. Texas worries more about Trans people in bathrooms than DWI offenders
